There are a few user right groups on Icaruspedia. User right changes are made by the Staff members of the site.

Users
Users are the normal wiki-editing account rights. This set of user rights allows the user to make edits, to move pages, to upload files, to create pages, and other basic editing rights that come with creating an account.
Autoconfirmed Users
Autoconfirmed Users on Icaruspedia are able to edit semi-protected pages.
Bots
Bots are automated, or computer controlled, accounts that perform little tasks from helping with redirects to welcoming new users to performing text replace functions. Only Staff members can have Bots.
Ambassadors
Ambassadors are trusted staff members from other affiliated wikis. They get various rights such as autopatrol and rollback.
Patrollers
Patrollers are trusted users of the wiki who get various rights such as autopatrol. Only bureaucrats can give patroller rights to other users.
Administrators
Administrators (also known as Sysops) are highly trusted basic staff members of Icaruspedia. These members have proven that they are dedicated to improving the wiki, making sure other edits are of quality, and have been upstanding role models for the rest of wiki. In addition to patrolling rights, administrators are given the rights to delete pages, ban users, and edit protected pages.
Bureaucrats
Bureaucrats are the higher ranking admins, generally founders and owners of the site. They have all of the wiki-level rights that admins do, but can also edit user rights, and rename accounts.
