Remoblams, known in Japan as Rajibons (ラジボン, Rajibon), and Remoblamings are enemies introduced in Kid Icarus: Uprising. They are depicted as odd, cycloptic orb-like creatures that are capable of levitation. Their primary method of attack is to strike Pit with the spikes on their undersides, but they are most dangerous after being defeated, as they self-destruct when hit. Remoblams are often accompanied by smaller Remoblamlings, which physically resemble their larger counterparts and attack in the same way.

Characteristics

Remoblams are among Angel Land's smallest monsters, and share the same cycloptic traits of most Underworld beings. They appear to be slightly mineral-based, having multiple purple rock-like protrusions spread around their dark blue bodies. The creatures also seem to have the ability to harness electrical energy, likely to fuel their explosive capabilities. The Remoblam leader holds this energy within two orange, orb-like structures attached to small metallic appendages above its eye, while each of its Remoblamling followers have but one blue orb that is smaller in size. While they can be dealt with individually, it is best to seek out the leader Remoblam as its destruction will also eliminate the group of Remoblamlings that it controls. They are among the few monsters that travel in groups controlled by an established leader.

In Kid Icarus: Uprising

Remoblams are uncommon enemies found during both land and air battles. It is first encountered during the air battle of The Space-Pirate Ship.

Idol Description

Remoblams each control multiple Remoblamings. And if the Remoblam is destroyed, its attendant Remoblamings blow up in succession. However, these monsters were designed to be bombs, so these explosions are quite dangerous.
