When the arrows located at the bottom of each AR card are lined up, battle commences. Each card has four attributes: attack, health (HP), speed, and type.  The higher the speed, the more often a card attacks, subtracting its attack strength from the opponent's health. When a card's health hits zero, it looses. Attack and possibly speed are increased when a card's type beats the other's. Shield beats sword, which in turn beats magic, which beats shield.
