The Atlas Foot is a new item in Kid Icarus: Uprising. When picked up, it causes the stomping foot of a titan to appear from a storm cloud, smashing any opponents beneath it. The foot will return multiple times to crush other areas near its original position. The Atlas Foot appears to be exclusive to the Multiplayer Mode of the game.
