The Medusa Head is a new item in Kid Icarus: Uprising. It is an enchanted stone replica of Medusa's head complete with snake hair growing out of it that is used to turn opponents into stone, although temporarily. It is exclusive to Together Mode, where Fighters must strategically place this cannon for the best effect.
