The Royal Blade, known in Japan as King's Fencing (王者の撃剣 Ouja no Gekiken, ), is a Blade in Kid Icarus: Uprising that fires clusters of jewels. While the charged shots have relatively poor homing capability, the dash continuous fire's homing ability is a good bit better, although its overall attack power is rather low. Its backward dash attacks have a long range and deal more damage than its other attacks, making it ideal for players who wish to focus on evading enemy attacks without sacrificing offensive power. Unlike most blades, its attacks gain power as they travel.
