Splins are new enemies introduced in Kid Icarus: Uprising. Somewhat resembling Tros from the original Kid Icarus, these circular monsters are armed with four blades and are green in coloration. Like most enemies, Splins are also cycloptic. When attacking, Splins will make identical copies to themselves and will spin towards Pit.

Splins first appear during the ground portion of Magnus and the Dark Lord, guarding a room with two Treasure Boxes. Because of their ability to multiply, they are popular Underworld troops for aerial battles, where they will split and charge after Pit with their spinning blades.
