I am aware that you have gone on a hiatus here because you like to use Recent Changes to monitor the activity, but Recent Changes has become covered in spam. However, if, on Recent Changes, you click on the drop-down menu, click User, and then tick the box reading Invert Selection, it will hide it. If we hide their creations from Recent Changes, they're meaningless.
