Cannon
The Cannon (爆筒 Bakutou, literally meaning "Exclamation Tube") is a powerful new weapon introduced in Kid Icarus: Uprising. It fits over Pit's arm, and appears to be a technologically advanced item when compared to the others. The Cannon acts as the grenade launcher of Pit's arsenal, and is likely the most effective weapon to use on groups of enemies.
Attributes
Because of its size, the Cannon is one of the few weapons that slows down Pit considerably, although this doesn't apply to when he is flying. It is the only known weapon that shoots explosive rounds, and can be effective at defeating a large number of enemies at once, as well as taking down larger or more powerful foes. These rounds are only used for charged shots, while smaller pellets are shot when rapid-firing the weapon.
