Grenade (AKDE 364-Grenade) is an AR Card for use in the AR Battle Mode in Kid Icarus: Uprising. Grenade is an item card.
Idol Description
"Once picked up, you can lob this powerful grenade in the direction of the reticle with your next press of the attack button. The yellow color of the reticle means you can press the attack button to throw an item."

This card is randomly obtained through booster packs.
