:::According to the protection page of the Welcome Template, it says 'Administrators Only', so I'm sure that includes regular admins and not just bureaucrats (the history of the Main Page mentions of regular admins making edits on it as well). I've been trying to figure out how to disable this thing for awhile due to the similar reasons mentioned above, but I don't know how. ::::OK, I think I've made a solution, which I have taken to go-ahead on. That solution was to block the bot indefinitely.
