An Intensity Gate is a door that can only be opened if the game is set to a certain difficulty level or higher. More powerful monsters may be encountered beyond these doors, one of which is said to be a tank-like creature. However, greater rewards may also be gained by entering Intensity Gates. One can be found during The Return of Palutena.
