AR Card edits

Since the end of January, I've been trying to improve our coverage of AR Cards that received promotional releases. I have, however, run into a few concerns. I have been linking to other cards like so: [[Pit (AR Card)|(AKDE 001) Pit]]. Is this correct? Should a link template be created to simplify the coding? I also wonder if we should continue listing the set numbers as AKDE ### when the PAL and Japanese releases use the same set numbers but listed as AKDP and AKDJ numbers.
