Wrath of the Reset Bomb
Wrath of the Reset Bomb is the 12th chapter of Kid Icarus: Uprising. In this chapter, Pit and Palutena head to the Reset Bomb depot to stop Viridi from using anymore Reset Bombs.
Air Battle
The air battle starts out with Pit and Palutena talking about how to stop Viridi. After Pit defeats waves of enemies a Reset Bomb is spotted in the distance. Palutena makes Pit move faster so he destroy the Reset Bomb before it hits the ground. Pit reaches it and starts battling it. The Reset Bomb doesn't attack but many enemies do. Pit must destroy the green targets around the front of the bomb. Once all targets are destroyed, the front of the bomb falls of revealing the core. Pit must rapidly shoot at the core to destroy the bomb. Once the core blows up the bomb falls down to the ground. Palutena tells Pit that he must head to the Reset Bomb Depot to stop the creation of more Reset Bombs. Pit then lands on the Depot.
Land Battle
Pit starts out on the outside of the depot. He fights many of Viridi's forces and eventually reaches the inside of the Depot, which is like a maze. Pit eventually finds his way through the inside after many enemy battles. He reaches the outside of the Depot again. With the help of a Cherobot, Pit destroy many enemies in his way. Pit finally reaches the elevator that takes him to the center of the Depot.
Reset Bomb Pod
Pit leaves the elevator and runs forward. Viridi calls some guards who wake up and march toward Pit. The battle then begins. The pod is covered by a thick shell which Pit cannot damage. In order to break the shell, Pit must defeat the guards and hit the shell with their bodies. After enough guards hit the shell, the shell flys of revealing the core. Pit must use his attacks to damage the core. The shell may come back if Pit takes to long. After enough hits the pod explodes. Palutena makes Pit fly out the Depot before it explodes. Pit successfully leaves the Depot and returns to Palutena.
Trivia
- It is strange how these bombs create nature when they normally destroy nature.
