Twinbellows appears in Kid Icarus: Uprising. Pit fights it in a colosseum in the first chapter of the story called The Return of Palutena. Twinbellows is much larger compared to its previous appearance, and reprises its role as the first boss of the game. It is also fought again in chapter 9: Medusa's Final Battle as a midboss. His attacks include a swipe, a charge (if this misses, he is stunned for a moment from the collision with the colosseum wall), and various fire breath attacks.
