The Aurum Hive is a base for Aurum battleships in Kid Icarus: Uprising. It serves as the setting for the entirety of chapter sixteen, The Aurum Hive.
Purpose
The Aurum Hive is a space station about the size of a small planet, containing what appears to be a whole separate world within. It contains many Aurum enemies and traps, including the Aurum Generator, which lies at the center of the hive and powers it. The ships that are created within are built from resources from conquered worlds.
Idol Description
This space base serves as a hive for Aurum battleships. The Aurum harvest resources from conquered worlds and deposit them in the Aurum Hive to be used in the production of the ships that guard the Aurum as they travel.
