Playing Dead

Playing Dead is a Power in Kid Icarus: Uprising. Playing Dead can be used in Solo mode and Together mode.

Effect

When activated, the Power will make the user explode, appearing to be finished. In actuality, Playing Dead acts like Transparency with an additional flare, turning the user invisible after the explosion. Like with Transparency, the puffs of dirt the user kicks up when running and the shots they fire are still visible. Additionally, any attacks that come their way will pass through them. Playing Dead lasts for five seconds if moving, but lasts for thirteen seconds if standing still.

Unlock requirements

• Level 1: Acquire 5 different staffs.
• Level 2:
• Level 3: Obtained randomly.
