The Underworld Dragon is one of the larger monsters encountered in the game. It resembles a skeletal serpent with a human-like skull and two fangs. The creature also has two pairs of wings along its body, with the pair closest to its head being larger. Parts of its skeletal structure also produce fire, including its wings, spine, and head. Underworld Dragons, despite their size, don't actually attack very often and seem to lack a projectile attack as well. They can often be found floating lazily through the air, passing over Pit on occasion. At other times, the Dragon might slither along the ground very quickly to try and ram him with its head.
