Nettler

Nettlers (ネトラ Netora) are orange, beaked, one-eyed slugs encountered in the Underworld. They have a moderate movement speed and following trudging tactics, actively seeking out Pit. They have unique ability to evade Pit's arrows by quickly dodging underneath them. At the beginning of his quest, Pit may be too weak to defeat a Nettler before it touches him.

"A one-eyed slug. It looks stupid, but watch out! It's got sharp reflexes and returns Pit's arrows."

A steady barrage of shots will bring a Nettler down. Unlike what the manual implies, it cannot reflect arrows.

"Creeps over the floor but has quick enough reactions to avoid Pit's arrows."

It's called Wormser here. Wormser's reflexes are a little slower and, like Pit, it can't move while ducking.

Kid Icarus: Uprising

Nettlers return in the game as primarily grounded enemies. They don't seem to attack much, but are still able to flatten themselves to quickly avoid projectiles launched by Pit's weapons. They are also much larger than before.
