The Fire Serpent is the Sacred Guardian of the Sky World Tower's Fortress, guarding the last Sacred Casket of the Three Sacred Treasures. It has the head of a snake, but the body is all flame. The creature attacks by slithering around the chamber and launching three fireballs in a spread-like pattern. Only the head is vulnerable. The Long Bow is of great help here, allowing Pit to keep his distance but also maintain a steady offense.
Appearances
Kid Icarus: Of Myths and Monsters
"A giant monster with the head of a snake and a body of fire."
The Fire Serpent appears as the third boss in the game. It is one of the three guardians that Palutena assigned to protect the Sacred Treasures and keep them safe from Orcos.
Trivia
- The Fire Serpent bears a resemblance to the Tanatos, especially in the official artwork of both monsters.
