The Daybreak is a powerful and destructive weapon introduced in Kid Icarus: Uprising. The player is required to collect three separate parts (A, B, and C) to complete this device. The Daybreak appears to be only found in Multiplayer Mode, and the parts will be scattered across the arenas. Once the player has found all three parts, the user can take aim then fire a massive laser that does heavy damage towards any opponents.

Trivia
- This item is clearly inspired by the Dragoon from Kirby Air Ride, which also required the player to collect three parts to complete the machine. Masahiro Sakurai, the lead designer of Kid Icarus: Uprising, was also the lead designer of Kirby Air Ride.
- The Dragoon also appeared in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. When a character collected all three parts they could launch an attack that would (under most circumstances) knock out the other player(s) in one shot.
