Palutena's Key is an item only found in Kid Icarus: Of Myths and Monsters. Palutena's Key will only appear if all rooms in a single stage have been visited and are now closed; it's also hidden in a block near the end of each stage that must be smashed open with a Hammer. Once obtained, the key re-opens all doors in the stage, much like a standard Key.
