The Wrecking Ball is a brand new offensive item introduced in Kid Icarus: Uprising. The player can roll this giant, destructive iron ball towards enemies. Players intending to use this weapon must remain cautious when hitting it, making sure no walls are behind the ball to bounce it back at the user. The Wrecking Ball is first seen in Chapter 1, The Return of Palutena at the end of the Land Battle. Here, it is initially used by a Skuttler rather than Pit himself. This, while causing major damage to the angel if not avoided, also wipes out some enemies as well.
Idol Description
The Wrecking Ball rolls in the direction it's struck, making it a useful tool for bowling over foes. As a gigantic iron ball, it can be a bit clumsy, but its fearsome destructive power is worth the trouble.
