The Bumbledrop is a deceptive new enemy in Kid Icarus: Uprising. At first sight, it looks like an innocent creature with a yellow body and two short legs. However, its adorable face is actually nothing more than decoration on the underside of a vicious dragon skull with sharp teeth and glowing eyes. It can attack by chomping or spinning after Pit, and is also invulnerable to ranged shots while doing so.

"Upright, Bumbledrop is an easygoing monster. But when it falls over, it slides towards foes and slams into them. Ranged shots are ineffective when it's on the ground, so take it out when it's upright. Fast fact: it also loves hot springs."
Bumbledrops are uncommon foes found only during land battles. They first appear during The Seafloor Palace in the second Intensity Gate, then later in the final room before Thanatos.
