The Phoenix Arm is an Arm inspired by the Phoenix from Kid Icarus: Uprising. The arm is shaped like the head of the Phoenix. Its ranged attacks get stronger over a distance. Its melee attacks boast their own power as well. The charged shots are able to burn foes and have high homing ability. It is one of the few weapons whose continuous fire has a longer range than its charged shots.
Modeled after the Phoenix, this arm features a unique continuous fire that travels twice as far as its charged shots. The charged shots set foes ablaze, while its continuous-fire attack launches blade feathers.
Weapon data is for weapons with zero ranged and melee stars with no mods to them. Distance refers to the maximum range a shot can travel, measured with non-homing shots. Damage (near) refers to the damage done when the target is as close as possible. Damage (far) refers to the damage given at maximum range. The symbol "—" means the corresponding stat is not applicable to that specific attack.

This weapon follows standard weapon fusion rules, with the following exceptions:
- Pudgy Palm + Fireworks Cannon = Phoenix Arm (rather than Gaol Blade)
- Dark Pit Staff + Fortune Bow = Palutena Blade (rather than Phoenix Arm)
- This weapon has an air to land melee damage ratio of 5.6.
