Captain Flare

Captain Flare is a humanoid Forces of Nature enemy introduced in Kid Icarus: Uprising. This cycloptic being resembles a caped super hero with a flaming head. Unlike other Nature foes, Captain Flare is a celestial being whose starry cape acts as a portal to another dimension, where it can hide for long periods of time. It can also use the cape as a weapon by launching meteors from the other dimension as a projectile attack.

Captain Flares are uncommon enemies found in both land and air battles, first found during Wrath of the Reset Bomb.
