Shadow Pit (影ピット Kage Pitto) is an enemy in Kid Icarus: Uprising solely appearing in Chapter 18: The Chaos Vortex. They are illusory copies of Pit, created in large numbers by the Chaos Kin to guard the Chaos Vortex. These doppelgangers possess all the abilities of Pit himself and are armed with one of four weapons- a Blade, a Palm, a Cannon, or an Orbitar pair. They may seem formidable, but have fairly low health, meaning that they can be defeated with ease.

- Unlike Dark Pit, a Shadow Pit has more in common with Dark Link from the Legend of Zelda series, who is likewise an evil clone of Link. Both have a completely black color scheme highlighted by glowing red eyes.
