Collin (コリンズ Korinzu) is a Centurion-like soldier enemy in the Kid Icarus series.
Characteristics
Collins resemble Centurions, although they don't have a visible face. They wear bright yellow armor and possess a pair of small, fairy-like wings on their backs. Despite the size of these wings, Collins are indeed capable of, albeit limited, flight. In addition, they serve as host creatures to the parasitic EelEyes that fly around them, although they in turn provide defense to the Collins themselves.
Appearances
Kid Icarus
These enemies appear in the Skyworld level only. Collins are not particularly a threat to Pit, since they only makes slight vertical movements, and doesn't have a ranged attack. Phils rapidly fly horizontally around Collin, providing the only real offensive this creature has. It's more of an obstacle than an enemy. If a Collin is defeated, and it's Heart collected, all of the accompanying Phils will also disappear.
Manual Description
The warrior who used to fight in Palutena's army. Its spirit was taken by Medusa. It has no fighting power of its own though EelEyes leaps out of its body.

Kid Icarus: Uprising
Collins return in the game, looking less like Centurions and more like armored knights. Collin wears a red cape and is accompanied by a single EelEye (Now known as Phils). It also appears to use jet propulsion to fly, and fires Phils from what looks like two cannons mounted on its shoulders. Pit can only do damage by using melee attacks to send the launched Phils back at Collin. They have the same back story as cursed soldiers.
Idol Description
Once soldiers in Palutena's army, Collins are now cursed to fly around firing the poisonous Phil bugs that live inside their bodies. They can be defeated by using melee attacks to knock Phils back at them.
